1. All Sales Final
Due to the nature of liquidation, surplus, overstock, and returned merchandise, all sales are final unless otherwise explicitly stated on the product listing.

2. Eligible Returns and Refunds

4. Return Authorization
Returns are not accepted without prior authorization from The Deal Dock Liquidation.
If your claim is approved:

5. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, misrepresentation, or shipping damage), return shipping costs will be covered by The Deal Dock Liquidation.

If a return is approved for any other reason, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
6. Refund Processing
Once the returned item is received and inspected:

7. Exchanges
We do not guarantee exchanges due to limited and one-of-a-kind liquidation inventory. If an exchange is approved, it will depend on product availability.
8. Bulk, Wholesale, and Clearance Items
Bulk lots, pallet sales, wholesale purchases, and clearance items are sold as-is and are not eligible for return or refund unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Buyers acknowledge that bulk purchases may include mixed-condition items.
9. Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
If a shipment is refused or returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer:
